Training Course Planning
Based on the needs and requirements of the Institution, we are able to provide the Training Office – Prevention and Safety Service with all the necessary elements to create a customized TRAINING PROJECT for a department (e.g., Emergency Room). This project aims to develop and enhance the skills and competencies of medical and nursing staff.
Analysis of Aggression Safety in Facilities and Environments
A safety assessment is conducted on hospital and outpatient environments, considering the layout and type of furniture, escape routes, and audible and visual alarm systems. The goal is to suggest solutions to the institution that minimize damage in case of aggression and physical violence.
Definition of Operational Protocols
Based on past experiences, current activities, and potential future risks, Standard Operating Protocols are proposed to Healthcare Operators so that, in the event of a violent aggressive incident, all Operators immediately and precisely know what to do, how to act, and how to intervene in a coordinated manner. If necessary, they can also involve external organizations (security guards, law enforcement, etc.).
