In-depth analysis of the course structure by levels


LEVEL 1
Goal: To expand individual relational skills and competencies with the aim of anticipating and preventing situations of Aggressive Crisis with the Patient.
Program:
Regulations and Laws on Self-Defense
Civil and Professional Self-Defense
Communication with the Patient
The Aggression Cycle
Prevention and De-Escalation Techniques
Techniques for Managing Violent Crises
Participants: It is recommended not to exceed a maximum of 40 people.
Duration: One day – 8 hours
It consists of a classroom lecture with Team Building activities, viewing and commenting on videos, group activities, and role-playing exercises.


LEVEL 2
Goal: To expand individual self-defense technical skills with the aim of protecting oneself and safely containing or restraining the aggressor without causing harm.
Program:
Protection techniques, positions, and hidden guards
Defense techniques against hand and arm strikes
Techniques for freeing oneself from wrist and arm grips
Techniques for freeing oneself from neck and head grips
Techniques for freeing oneself from body grips
Techniques for blocking and containing the Patient
Techniques for safely escorting the patient
Techniques for freeing oneself from hair grips
Defense techniques against kicks
Participants: It is recommended not to exceed a maximum of 16 people.
Duration: 4 lessons of 4 hours each, totaling 16 hours, to be held in a gymnasium or a large room without chairs.


LEVEL 3
Goal: To expand the Team's self-defense technical skills with the aim of managing complex and violent aggression situations by safely blocking and containing the aggressor without causing harm.
Program:
Definition of Team Roles
Study of the Operators' position in relation to the Patient
Techniques for blocking the Patient in pairs
Techniques for escorting an acted Patient
Defense and protection techniques while sitting at a desk
Defense techniques against aggression with objects
Team Operational Techniques: case studies
Examples of "intervention protocols"
Participants: It is recommended not to exceed a maximum of 15 people.
Duration: 4 lessons of 4 hours each, totaling 16 hours, to be held in a gymnasium or a large room without chairs.
LEVEL 4
Objective: To train selected Healthcare Operators so that they are able to conduct Retraining activities for colleagues who have already completed the Level 2 "Metodo F.A.S.E M." course within the Organization they belong to.
Program: Retraining of the Level 2 Course Program
Participants: By invitation of the instructor only
Duration: Two days of 8 hours each, totaling 16 hours.
